Nate is the founder of Crag. He has been coaching for almost 10 years now and has been a competitive Crossfit athlete for as long. He holds his CFL2 certification in addition to many others.
Chris is one of the owners here at Crag Fitness. A husband, father, business owner and dedicated student of the fitness industry, Chris began as a member back in 2014. He has since launched into leadership due to a life of continued education. You can find him in the evenings as well as coaching our youth program. In his free time, Chris continues to play and coach youth hockey.
I was a collegiate athlete but was never really a student of fitness. I maintained fitness in my adult life through running, an occasional trip to a $20/mo gym and off-and-on basketball leagues. After a hip replacement at 40 years old I realized my fitness routine wasn't really making me healthier....so I decided to try something new. I had always avoided Crossfit b/c it seemed like a cult....and I'm not a big fan of cults. I bit the bullet and tried it out. Unlike what it's reputation may have predicted, Crossfit as a methodology has made me a healthier, safer, more mobile and fitter athlete than I ever imagined. I started coaching almost 2 years ago and am bringing this methodology to whomever wants to improve their health and wellness.
Victoria joined us from Crossfit 1727. She has been in the industry for quite some time. and has such a heart for people. You can find her most mornings with a soft disposition and bold encouragement.
