Matt has been an owner of Crag since it's inception in 2015. After rowing in college, he wandered about in fitness, playing in club sports but mostly running to stay in shape. He discovered CrossFit in 2014 and realized how much he didn't know about true fitness. Since then, he has been focused on learning as much as possible about fitness and sharing that through Crag.
Victoria joined us from Crossfit 1727. She has been in the industry for quite some time, and has such a heart for people. You can find her most mornings with a soft disposition and bold encouragement.
Brett has been a student of fitness for most of his life and has been coaching at Crag for a couple years now. He is an incredible athlete, which is a reflection of his desire to learn and his focus on movement quality.
Patrick began joined Crag during it's early years and has moved into coaching. With his years of experience and knowledge of the gym, Pat keeps Crag going with his innovative ideas and talent for organizing events as well as his top-notch coaching and encouragement.
A husband, father, business owner and dedicated student of the fitness industry, Chris began as a member back in 2014. You can find him coaching evening classes. In his free time, Chris continues to play and coach youth hockey.
Rob comes with a wealth of coaching knowledge and a deep understanding of how to best help clients understand how their body moves and responds to stimuli.
Keaton joined us at Crag late 2023, and has brought his helpful and supportive nature as well as wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and strength training to all of his classes.
