Crag Fitness

Group Fitness

Crag offers one-hour classes, where we focus on developing endurance, strength, basic gymnastics, core stability, and mobility.  Our one-hour CrossFit classes safely work your entire body and are a fun way to get into the best shape of your life! 

Personal Training

 Personal Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted to help you succeed. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.
 

Nutrition Challenges & Coaching

Three to four times a year Crag runs a gym-wide nutrition challenge to get you working towards your goals outside the gym. We tackle macro counting, sleep, hydration, and stress management all with the accountability and completive edge of doing so against your peers. Group challenges not your thing? Year round you can inquire about personalized nutrition coaching with Coach Logan. 

Clean Facilities

Cleaning is serious business at Crag.  We clean, disinfect and maintain all of our equipment.  Our 5 bathrooms, 4 showers and 5,000 SF workout facility are cleaned daily to ensure you have a great experience.

Babysitting

Available for free to members on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30, we have experienced babysitters and dedicated space for our youngest future athletes to be safe and have fun while you get your workout in.
